Orders
Simply browse our collections, choose your desired item, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, go to your cart and proceed to checkout. You’ll be asked to provide your shipping and payment information. After your payment is completed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and summary. If you don’t receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or reach out to us.
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to update your shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the updated details.
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, the billing address cannot be changed for security reasons. If you entered the wrong billing address, don’t worry—it won’t affect your order as long as the payment was successfully processed.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during high-demand periods, such as new releases or promotions.

- EU: 3–7 days
- US/CA: 5–10 days

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. For return instructions, contact our support team.
